Rights and impersonation reports

Only a rights owner or authorized representative should submit a trademark complaint. Reports should identify the reporter, rights owner, disputed COID and URLs; describe the claimed rights, jurisdictions, goods or services and alleged harm; include registration or other evidence; and certify a good-faith, accurate and authorized submission.

CareOfID may share the reporter’s identity and report details with the affected account holder as needed for a fair review. False or abusive reports may lead to rejection or account action.

Start a report through Contact CareOfID and select Impersonation or rights issue. Do not send sensitive identity documents through ordinary email. CareOfID will provide an appropriate evidence channel if additional documentation is required.
